Jade Elias

Chief Program Officer

Jade joined GO Project in 2023 and has over 15 years of experience in nonprofit program management. Her launch into youth development was as a City Year corps member. Since then, Jade’s experience has included leading University Settlement’s youth and family engagement portfolio in Brooklyn. At Red Hook Initiative, she focused on program development and strategic planning. Jade holds a bachelor’s degree from Baruch College and a master’s degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She is a proud New Yorker but not a fan of its summers.
