Joe Behaylo

Manager of Data and Systems Operations

Joe joined GO Project in April 2025, continuing an extensive career in the nonprofit sector that has included technologist, managerial, and operations roles in workforce development, philanthropy, higher education, and international humanitarian organizations. He has degrees from Michigan State University, New York University, and Parsons School of Design. At GO Project, he maintains and develops data management systems supporting program service delivery and fundraising operations. He is a strong believer in public school education and the supportive role of nonprofits. In his free time, he enjoys backpacking, skiing and other outdoor pursuits.
