Scarlett joined GO Project in January 2025, bringing over two years of experience supporting students’ social and emotional growth. A Licensed New York State School Counselor with a master’s degree from Fordham University, she began her career as a Social Emotional Learning Specialist, creating strategies to help students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Scarlett is also a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), with experience supporting children on the autism spectrum. Bilingual in Chinese, she is passionate about building inclusive, welcoming environments where all students and families feel supported. Outside of work, Scarlett enjoys hiking and exploring new cocktails.
