Alice El-Ouazzane

Development Manager

Alice joined the GO Project full-time in July 2026 as the Development Manager after their past experience as a Teaching Assistant during GO’s 2025 Summer Program where they fell in love with the organization. They earned a double bachelor’s degree from Boston University in Philosophy and Psychology with an English minor before returning to continue their work at GO. Driven by a deep care for social justice and equity, they have always focused their work on expanding access to underserved populations in the realm of the arts, education, and healthcare. They are motivated to share the magic of GO Project they experienced first-hand in the classrooms as well as the impactful work done to empower NYC public school students with the rest of the community through development-focused work. Outside of GO, you can find Alice reading, at the movies, traveling, staring at pictures of cats, and laughing with their friends.
